Here is an A5 booklet and invitations designed recently for CCMA Ireland. The Contact Centre Management Association was set up in October 1999, with an interest in developing professionalism within the call centre industry. Its mission is to promote and give recognition to the contact centre management profession, to actively promote professional development and to provide a forum for knowledge sharing and networking across the industry here in Ireland.

The team of Graphic Designers here in Designwest, Kiltimagh, Mayo, Ireland love working with the CCMA team on a yearly basis to develop and design all the necessary marketing and branded material for their awards night. CCMA recently rebranded their logo design and changed their corporate colours so all of our booklet designs, invitation designs, press ad designs and leaflet designs for this project needed to reflect this for our client, based in Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland. Our team of qualified graphic designers spent hours re-colouring and revising the templates to include this year’s information, brand design and list of participants. The booklet design for this Kildare based client needed to be extremely clear and easy to read whilst maintaining a stylish design template.

The resulting booklet design, designed by our team of designers here in Kiltimagh, Mayo, Ireland is a stylish and professional offering, which features the new brand CCMA colours along with a clean and minimalist design template detailing this years shortlisted companies. Our talented team of designers also created press ad designs and invitation designs to complement this booklet design for the Kildare, Ireland based client.
