First Choice Credit Union, formerly known as Castlebar Credit Union have proven to be one of Designwest’s biggest and best clients in 2016 and preceding years, so the design team here at Designwest, Kiltimagh, Mayo, Ireland, were delighted to be involved in designing the marketing materials for their upcoming 50th Anniversary celebrations. This involved the design of a booklet, an invitation and a promotional video, and was a project which proved and is proving extremely enjoyable for the talented design team here in Kiltimagh, Mayo.
The A5 booklet design featured a cover which was very much linked to the new First Choice brand, using clever angles to feature the three colours of the logo, and at the same time creating an aesthetically pleasing and sleek design, which epitomizes the values of the Credit Union. This template continues throughout the booklet design resulting in a professional and stylish booklet design which the Castlebar based client was very happy with. To add to the uniqueness of the product our creative design team also incorporated a stylish cut out feature in the cover which opened through display the logo on page 1 of the book. This gave the booklet a premium feel, in keeping with the importance of the event in question.
The A6 invitation featured an extension of the design template with a similar front to the booklet and incorporating the three colours and angular design features on the back.
The end result is two premium products which are reflective both of the talents of the Graphic Design team here in Designwest, Kiltimagh, County Mayo, Ireland and of the importance of the event in question for our Castlebar Mayo, Ireland based client. Both the team here in Kiltimagh, Mayo, Ireland and indeed the First Choice Credit Union, based in Castlebar, Mayo, Ireland have received great feedback on the two products. Our next job is to design a promotional video for the event, which the design team is very excited about.
