Lexington Maintenance provide complete curtain wall, windows and aluminium façade installs into high rise buildings in Manhattan. Here is a clean and stylish word mark style logo design, identity design Designwest have just created for Lexington Maintenance who are the sister company to Time Square Construction – both based in Manhattan in New York city. Designwest USA were tasked with creating a brand identity design, word mark design for this company – whose director is actually from County Kerry – and for all three of the sister companies which would work well together in terms of colors and styling but which would be visually different in their own right when viewed separately.
The logo design or identity word mark design(s) for this huge New York based Construction Company who are responsible for building and maintaining many of the famous buildings on the Manhattan skyline was created by our qualified graphic designers using clean and modern typography – our designers love typography work! Our graphic designers decided to use a gradient style logo for the in-house printed materials and fax heads, envelopes etc. because the business cards are being printed with an actual foil onto really stiff dark card which will give the cards a real premium look and feel.
Lexington Maintenance are one of our favourite clients in New York – so easy to deal with and they keep us busy with lots of projects – Designwest USA will be creating their new website and motion promotional video having already designed and developed the website design and motion video promo design for their sister parent company Time Square Construction.
