The Mayo.ie Logo / brand identity design is probably one of the most intricate of design briefs that the creative team here at Designwest have been involved in in recent years. We are extremely proud and very excited to have been asked to work on a logo / brand design for the Enterprise & Investment unit of Mayo County Council which will be used to promote our amazing county of Mayo on a worldwide stage for business & tourism. The brief for the logo / brand identity design was simple – to create a modern clean logo / brand identity which was reflective of the many parts, people and places that come together to make the county of Mayo what it is. The end result, once we cracked it , literally, ticked all of the boxes and has already received great feedback from pretty much all corners of the globe. The logo / brand identity design has already been widely used on printed, digital and promotional pieces. The creative team also created various versions of the logo / brand identity design for the Enterprise & Investment Unit of Mayo County CouncilĀ which will be used for different applications using different colours, black & white etc. So it really was an intricate brief from a design perspective. The logo / brand identity design will hopefully stand the test of time and is styled in such a way that it won’t age easily! One of our best pieces of work in by far!
