Pat Cohans Bar & Restaurant, based in Cong, Co. Mayo, approached Designwest to create a custom business card design which would reflect an older visual style. This business card design for this Mayo based bar, not only famous for featuring in the 1952 classic movie “The Quiet Man” is now also famous for its excellent food, service and atmosphere which its patrons agree is first class. Designwest commissioned talented illustrator Naomi McBride to illustrate the bar and from that, the qualified Graphic Designers at Designwest developed an old style image around the illustrations and created this visually dynamic business card which the clients were thrilled with.
