Client:Ā Pat Cohan’s Bar & Restaurant, Cong, Co. Mayo, Ireland.
Pat Cohans Bar & Restaurant approached Designwest to create a custom brand identity which would replicate an older style bar. This logo design for this Co. Mayo based bar, not only famous for featuring in the 1952 classic movie “The Quiet Man” is now also famous for its excellent food, service and atmosphere which its patrons agree is first class. Designwest commissioned talented illustrator Naomi McBride to illustrate the bar and from that, the qualified Graphic Designers at Designwest developed an old style logo/brand identity around the illustrations. Designwest have now also been commissioned to develop a website design for Designwests’ newest Cong based client.
